Kolot brings insights and innovative practices from the academic study of gender and Judaism to the Jewish community.

Kolot trains Reconstructionist Rabbinical College (RRC) rabbinical students and other Jewish leaders, advances scholarship, develops resources, and provides programs in the fields of Jewish women's and gender studies for Jews across the denominational spectrum.
