I doubt that very much, I believe she was going to nominate Angel anyway. Noirin has been one of the most vocal about Angel and her shortcomings well before the incident yesterday.

What Angel said was nothing. There was no malicious intent there.
The housemates were just looking for any excuse to demonise Angel.

People rib their friends like that all the time. It was nothing.

I think it's more to do with Noirin's vanity.
It's a case of pot calling the kettle the black when Noirin has commented on Angel being ugly, and not in a friendly banter kind of way.

Noirin really fancies herself and can't have her superficial image questioned by somebody who she deems to be inferior to her.
