Angel caused an upset in the Big Brother house when she told Noirin she looked pregnant.
The Russian boxer, who faces the public vote for eviction this week alongside Halfwit (Freddie), made the comments in the garden, saying the Irish housemate 'looks very beautiful but it looks like three months pregnancy'.
Lisa angrily leapt to Noirin's defence, saying: 'I'd rather look at her stomach than
Angel said that Noirin needed to do exercise, adding: 'I like to train beautiful people.'
As Angel got into the pool for a swim, other housemates expressed their disapproval over her comments.
Speaking quietly to Noirin, Lisa labelled Angel 'a f****ing insulting cow'.
Halfwit said diplomatically: 'I agree health and fitness is very important but you don't need to put pressure on people to do it. It's cool having a fitness instructor here. I want to take advantage of it but not everyone has to.'
The row followed a conversation between Angel and Noirin in the bedroom, when the 35-year-old said Noirin appeared to have 'given up on her looks'.

Noirin later told Lisa that the discussion had made her 'feel conscious of myself', to which the lesbian punk replied: ''There's nothing wrong with you. You're one of the prettiest girls in the house.'
'She looks like something out of a horror movie. Scream 1. All she needs in the knife,' Lisa added.
The Russian housemates later apologised to Noirin and assured her: 'You look very beautiful.'
Lisa said: 'She knows she was wrong. She still shouldn't have said it.'
Despite apologising, Angel later riled Siavash by taking one of his photographs without asking.

When the housemates received the pictures they had taken of each other, Siavash noticed that Angel had taken one of his.
'For f**k's sake, you should have come to me and asked,' he said.
Kris told his fellow housemates what had happened, and called Angel a 'cheeky f***er'.
'She's not doing herself favours,' said Noirin.
Meanwhile, there was some light relief as Charlie dyed Sree's house, turning it a strange change of ginger.

Later, the housemates learned the results of Wednesday night's live nominations.
Up for eviction against Angel, Halfwit found out he was to face the public vote for the third week running.
'Again? I thought I might get a week off, ' he said.
Out smoking in the garden, Siavash admitted he felt sorry for Halfwit.
Later, Halfwit said: 'I can see why people might see me a strategic threat.'
'More than anyone in this house, you are the strongest candidate,' said Sree.

her comments over Noirin's appearance didn't make her a bad person.
In the bedroom, Kris told Charlie he wasn't going to jump into a relationship, but that this didn't mean he would go with anyone else when he left the house.
'There might be some beauties screaming for you our there,' said Lisa.
'I'm sure there will be but they won't be anything on Soph,' said Kris, who has been getting close to glamour model Sophie in the house.
Meanwhile, Angel chatted to Marcus about the fact she is facing eviction. She glumly revealed she thought Lisa hated her because they are both gay.
Angel and Halfwit later went into the Diary Room. Angel said that the world
is not ready for Halfwit's brain or her fitness, but they both hoped
they had been an inspiration to people.
The pair shared a hug as they left the Diary Room.
