New Star Wars comic launched - Invasion!

The new comic series Invasion, set in The New Jedi Order period of the Star Wars universe, is available from your local comic shop now with #1. The new series can be enjoyed with no knowledge of the book series, as it tells a parallel story with new characters as well as featuring appearances from existing ones.

501st Legion Collection - Wal-Mart Exclusives

VolkerC has sent us some updated images of the Commander Cody/Clone Trooper Echo and Captain Rex/Clone Trooper Fives 2-packs, which reveal that the sets, referred to as the 501st Legion Collection, will be Wal-Mart exclusives.

Star Wars The Old Republic - Threat of Peace Part 10

The tenth part, and second chapter, of the brand new comic strip based around the new MMO game - Star Wars The Old Republic called Threat of Peace, is now up and ready for viewing at the Official Site...

The tenth issue of Threat of Peace™ marks the start of the second chapter of the story, taking us to the embattled world of Balmorra where Republic forces are receiving word that the planet has been ceded to the Sith Empire under the terms of the Treaty of Coruscant. Even as the local commander shares his withdrawal orders with his troops, Jedi Knight Fortris Gall shrugs off his orders to rescue a squad of captured Republic soldiers.

Saga Legends - Cardback Images

With Saga Legends being found in the new packaging in the US and Canada, VolkerC has sent us a couple of images showing the cardbacks of two of the figures that will be included in the first couple of waves, Han Solo (Mynock Hunt) and Shock Trooper.

Even 30 years after it catapulted the former body-builder turned actor, David Prowse AKA Darth Vader, to international fame, he is still feeling 'the force' of the Star Wars effect, which takes him all over the world.
