Q u o t e: If I remember correctly the shoulders initially did not grant the bonus when turning in quests but this was changed not too long ago.
Will there be any plan to make a trinklet that does this? Trinklet are more portable between classes. I guess most people will use it primary to gain the little extra XP, having it on a leather shoulder will not make it usable to a cloth wearer for example.

I just bought two different shoulders, a cloth caster one and a leather melee one. These will do for my characters until they reach 80, not like they make much of a difference questing unless you want to grind instances as a tank, then I'd say grab the basics if you plan to level a bunch of alts.

When the shoulders were initially released, they granted the bonus to both quest and kill experience, though it was not listed as such and was only listed as +10% experience. This was changed in a patch, 3.0.8 I think, to be only kill experience. This has since been changed back as of patch 3.1.0 and it is very very nice.
I would love to see more heirloom items, though not with the +10%, they would need different things.
Run and mounted speed for boots would be good.

I get to choose when I PvP, so suck it.
I assume everyone is a troll, makes life easier that way, and I am still right more often than your average WoW player.
