The Home Business profession has millions of people who have not reached their full potential. Most of the individuals involved (more than 90%) have not yet reached thier dreams in their MLM company. On the flip side of the equation, there are hundreds of thousands of people involved in Network Marketing who are earning six and seven figure annual incomes. So what’s the difference? The simple difference is that successful Network Marketing entrepreneurs have designed a step by step program for success. From the time a new distributor joins their organization, they have a plan of action during every stage of their business growth. They have a program to generate leads, as well as automated programs to follow up, present, and market their opportunity. So what are the necessary parts of a successful Network Marketing program? If you want to design a program that will work for everyone, there are six things that you must have in place for it to succeed. They are: 1. You need a way to create lead flow both on and off the web built in to your Network Marketing Program. Without a steady supply of interested prospects, your Network Marketing program is going to have a hard time succeeding. 2. It is important that your Network Marketing program has an attractive lead capture page to assit your team in gathering prospects information in exchange for some kind of valuable educational material. You could, for example offer a free video course in exchange for your prospects name, phone number, and email. It is important that the material has actual value to the prospective customer. 3. Your Network Marketing program has to have an integrated autoresponder email system to regularly ‘drip’ on prospective team member through personalized, systematic emails over a period of time. If you are going to rely on your memory to follow up with everyone you speak to, you are going to have a hard time having the success that you would like with your program. 4. Perhaps one of the most important of the various essential components to your Network Marketing program is sales funnes that allows your downline to earn additional affiliate commissions outside of anything they earn from the MLM company itself. If you do this, your downline will be able to earn money immediately that they can use to fund their marketing budget and further their campaigns. 5. If you want your team to have the greatest possible success, it is important that they are able to personalize every stage of the Network Marketing Program, so that the system is unique and different for everyone. This is the most important, and also the least followed step of setting up a successful Network Marketing program. If your downline can’t build custom websites within the program, they are going to experience frustration in building their business. 6. Your Network Marketing program needs to have a way to split test different campaigns, so you can optimize your recruiting strategies and earn the most money possible. If you follow these instructions, there will only be one thing left for you to do in your Network Marketing business to succeed. You will need to market your landing page like crazy in the most efficient ways you can think of – your system will do remaining work for you. If you’re like I was when I got involved in the MLM profession, you may be searching for a way to make your Network Marketing sales funnel produce more income, and faster. A quick history on myself, when I got involved in the industry of Network Marketing, success came to me only after 5 years of never ending frustration and struggle. Although I achieved minimal success through traditional methods, it frustrated me beyond belief. I did hotel briefings, home parties, and met with people in coffee shops – all to no avail. MLM sales success just wasn’t happening for me and I couldn’t figure out why until FIVE years passed by… Here are the breakthrough ideas that catapulted my MLM sales success to the moon: 1. The first secret to creating massive MLM sales is to drop the notion of a duplicateable system. Although duplication is important to your long term growth, I’ve seen so many distributors afraid to act with creativity because they don’t want to ‘rock their upline’s boat’. This is absurd. Creative people need to market creatively. Period. If you are good on the phone, but lousy in person, you can probably recruit from cold leads with no problem at all. (Even though some people are good at it – I would never recommend building your business entirely from cold leads.) This is my purpose – I want YOU to be successful being YOU. World famous MLM sales trainer Mark Yarnell says “Success in this industry comes from entrepreneurial innovation, not duplication.” 2. The second secret to ridiculous MLM sales is to have a well designed sales funnel in place, that automates the majority of the process. You would not believe how many people are trying to make money off of their MLM website and they don’t even have an autoresponder in place! This is just a waste of money. We need to wake up and be professional if we want to be treated as such from others who are outside our profession. In fact, it takes 10 times the amount of effort to make sales if there is no automated system in place to help. 3. Personal branding has to be the number one secret to unlimited sales in your MLM company. Unfortunately, the online universe if filled with used car sales pitches, broken promises, and frustrated distributors. The refreshing thing is that your audience is looking for an actual person they can relate to who can help them reach the success that they deserve. How can you expect trust as a business person if your marketing message is not personalized at all? Canned company websites just don’t work anymore. They worked in 2000, but as the internet developed and advertising filled the webspace with unlimited competition and information overload, it has become once again about the one on one touch that only personal branding can deliver. 4. Learn step by step how to promote your website on the internet. This is the most important possible step that you can take to ensure your success throughout the 21st century in your MLM sales efforts. Now this article is only going to deal with concepts – as the actual marketing strategies are vast and this is too short for training. So I’ll just give you this short thought – it is absolutely irrefuteable throughout evidence that has been created over the last 10 years that the fastest, easiest way to market products and services, and to create MLM sales is through internet marketing. The top earners across the newest, best companies in the MLM industry are earning their incomes through attraction marketing. Who’s Getting Rich In MLM? I saw a video on YouTube.com from Tim Sales that was titled ‘who’s getting rich in MLM?’ Really great video, and I thought it helped answer some important questions that prospective Marketers have when taking a look at any good MLM company.
