Map showing location

By Car

From M4 Junction 15 or Junction 16 and the A419: Follow brown signs for 'Town Centre'. Parking is not available at the Health Hydro, but there are ample car parks in the adjoining streets. It is best to park in one of these and then walk the short distance to the Health Hydro.

By Bus

There are several buses from the bus station to Farnsby Street (which runs parallel to Milton Road, where the Hydro is situated).

  • Nos. 1, 1A, 13, 14, 18, and 19 all include Farnsby Street on their routes.

There are bus services from many parts of the surrounding area. These will take you either to the bus station or to Fleming Way (which is adjacent to the bus station).

The Health Hydro can easily be reached on foot in about ten minutes from the bus station. Walk through the town centre, via The Parade, past House of Fraser (on your right), and use the subway which is adjacent to the multi-storey car park, onto Milton Road. The Health Hydro is situated at the lower end of Milton Road, next to the traffic lights.
