Administration and Special Events
In addition to the staff listed below, Ford Museum staff in Grand Rapids provide important support to Library staff and programs.

    Elaine is director of both the Library in Ann Arbor and the Museum in Grand Rapids.

  • David Horrocks -- Supervisory Archivist
    Dave supervises the archival and special events staffs, and assists the director in planning and daily administration of the Library.

    John provides IT support to both the Library and the Museum.

    Kate plans and implements the Library’s speaker, special event, and facility rental programs.

Archives
All staff perform reference work and each handles special projects in public programs, exhibits, processing, administration, and web and digital materials development.

  • Stacy Davis -- Archivist
    Stacy manages programs for accessioning, the NARA Archives Research Catalog, and student recruitment via the University of Michigan College Work-Study Program. She administers an annual dissertation research grant program, the Ford Scholar/Robert Teeter Award.

    Mark recently joined the staff and brings deep experience with the Nixon Presidential Materials. His initial duties focus on textual reference and processing.

    Christian does project work in accessions and processing, handles statistical reporting, and manages reference photocopy services and reference e-mail.

Interns/Volunteers
The Library does not have a volunteer/intern program.  Instead, each year, the Library accepts a limited number of student workers eligible for the College Work-Study Program of the University of Michigan Financial Aid Office.   These students, often graduate students in archives studies, perform duties in lieu of interns and volunteers.
