Governor K Sankaranarayanan distributed assets worth Rs 600 crore among 34,000 beneficiaries at Vikas Mela in Hazaribagh on Thursday. The Governor inaugurated the fair, which is aimed at drawing persons from the neighbouring districts of North Chhotanagpur.
