Bob Spina

Bob has over 25 years of systems, networking, and software technology-related experience.
Short term, Bob will be focussing on Storage Architecture, Assessments, and Information Life-Cycle Management.  Most recent applications of this expertise include an extensive list of Fortune 100 corporate clients on every major continent.
His experience spans Mainframe to Global Distributed Systems Technologies including Key Open Sytems technologies such as Rational Corporations' Unified Systems Development Process and UML modeling tools, Unix, RISC, local and wide area interconnectivity systems and technologies.
He designed analyzed, specified Storage Architectures and performs Storage Assessments.  Additional experience includes six years as a Unix System Administrator and Networking Consultant; network management and security; network backup and recovery design and implementation; enterprise networking solutions and case study analysis; LAN and WAN network design tools; price/performance of WAN services.

Paul SchwappachPaul has been selling reseller's computer solutions in Colorado for over 19 years. During this time he has personally been involved in over $100M in sales of computer solutions.  He has a true understanding of the Computer Industry, Solution Sales and Sales Management.
Paul's experience includes growing Berger & Co. Technology Integrators (BTI) from a small business with Gross Sales of under $1 million to a $40M Solutions Firm in just 6 years. In the 6 years since leaving BTI, Paul has sold over $30M in technology sales for two organizations, one with no prior presence in Colorado ($15M) .
Today, Paul is applying his knowledge and experience to grow Cold Creek Solutions, a Value Added Reseller. Paul will use his experience in selling computer solutions to increase sales production and to continue building a strong sales team. 


Tim Reeder
Tim is a Channel Sales Executive with more than 20 years of channel experience. Tim's time and experience have allowed him to work with some of the largest resellers and manufacturers in North America. 
Tim brings experience to Cold Creek Solutions that speaks for itself.  In fact, Tim was responsible for $115 million in storage sales and programs in North America for MOCA, a Sun distributor owned by Arrow Electronics.  In 2002, Tim grew MOCA's storage business 22% and in 2003 he grew it by 25%.  Further, IDC reports showed his primary storage partner declined 8% during this same time-frame.  Tim was a primary contributor to Arrow's storage task, helping create a new business unit that is still in place today.


Gary HesterGary has been selling computer solutions in Florida for over 23 years.

During the years of 1990-2004, Gary was responsible for over $104 million in Server and Storage Channel sales, for Moca - a Sun distributor owned by Arrow Electronics.  Gary worked for three Computer Resellers, during the years of 1986-1989 and 2005-2008.  He personally sold over $28 million in sales of computer solutions, at these reseller locations. 

While at MOCA, Gary developed, recruited, and managed region-based Resellers supporting major system vendors.  He identified and recruited strategic partners, effectively positioned Moca’s value-add proposition, created proposals, developed sales strategies with management, and implemented the tactics which met or exceeded revenue/business targets.  Gary also developed and implemented quarterly marketing plans/programs for partners, which were designed to fuel and drive client growth. He achieved revenue targets and grew market share consistently with regional objectives.  He built and fostered business relationships at all levels of an organization, extremely strong at the “C” level.

Gary's experience spans from the PC to the Mainframe including Servers from: IBM, ATT/NCR, HP/Compaq, Sun, and Intel; and Storage from: Sun/STK, HDS, HP, IBM and others.

Today, Gary is using his vast experience and knowledge to grow sales in Florida for Cold Creek Solutions.  Gary is responsible for building a strong Florida sales team and increasing sales in the Florida region.  He is also responsible for growing Cold Creek Solutions' Storage Consulting and Professional Services practice. 


Michael D. BrownMichael Brown is one of the longest-serving directors of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The United States Senate confirmed Brown as the first Undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Emergency Preparedness & Response. He also led a White House transition team that created DHS, where he scrutinized $41 billion in annual spending as a member of the Department’s Investment Review Board. 

Brown led federal relief efforts during 160 presidential declared disasters, including the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon in 2001; the Columbia Space Shuttle Disaster and California wildfire season in 2003, and the unprecedented 2004-2005 hurricane seasons. 

Brown routinely was asked to represent the United States in international forums and to direct the nation’s response to foreign disasters and terrorist attacks. He coordinated U.S. assistance efforts for a string of historical events, including the earthquake that claimed 26,271 lives in Bam, Iran, in 2003; the great tsunami that killed 225,000 people in eleven countries when it hit South Asia in 2004; and the terrorist attack that caused 334 deaths in Beslan, Russia, in 2004. 

Brown served as the U.S. Representative to NATO’s Civil Emergency Planning Committee, where he negotiated a 10-year cooperative agreement between the United States and the Russian Federation; worked with the United Kingdom’s Home Office to develop communications strategies for floods as a member of the U.S.-Great Britain Contact Working Group; and led the U.S. delegation to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. 

Brown served as FEMA’s deputy director from 2001 to 2003 and its general counsel in 2001 before heading the agency, where he managed more than 13,000 employees and a $12 billion budget. A professional board member of both public and private corporations, Brown currently serves as a management and strategic consultant in the United States and overseas.
