I had been universally disappointed with all the "toy" walkie talkies we'd purchased for my kids. Growing up, I remember having lots of fun with them. Unfortunately, today's toy versions usually only work across the room at best. Not fun.
These were a good and inexpensive compromise. Fancier than I was looking for, but very functional. Work and transmit from all over the house. As another reviewer points out, these are not transmitting power houses and are not advertised as such. Good for general family use and the kids love them. I've been keeping them set on the approved FRS stations channels 8 - 14 which do NOT require a license.

This is a great case for the Nintendo DSi Matte - Black. Plenty of cushion to absorb shocks and a very snug fit so the cover will stay in place. Some may not like the difficulty of removing the case after you install it, but I see that as a plus. It's built ruggedly and should stand up to wear and tear. It does make the game significantly larger to grasp, but I think it's also more comfortable. My kids have no problems playing games with it. The hole is also cut out properly for the camera and SD cards. Overall, I highly recommend!!

This has been a really good solution for holding my iPhone in my car. Window is too sloping for a suction cup bracket and I don't like iPhone that high anyway.
Device is well-built and I think it will hold up. Bracket can be used for a variety of deices, not just iPhone.
Tends to work itself loose in the cu pholder and needs to be re-adjusted periodically. Will not stay rigidly fixed, but the solution works. Also takes up one of two cup holders, but that's an issue I can work around.
