OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Prize travel package includes air/hotel/shuttle to/from airport. No transfer, substitution, refund of any kind, or cash equivalent of prizes are permitted. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by official rules and the decisions of the sponsor. Winner will be responsible for all local, state and federal taxes and other travel fees and taxes. Winner will also be responsible for additional costs should they alter the travel package. All federal state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. The Honolulu Advertiser and KGMB 9 will not be responsible for Rachel Ray schedule changes, delays, or non-taping of show. Contest open to legal residents of Hawaii or active military stationed in Hawaii age 21 or older at time of entry. Credit card required for travel package. Employees and immediate family members of The Honolulu Advertiser and KGMB 9 television station and any persons domiciled with any such employee are not eligible to win. One entry per person, per email address, per day allowed. Contest ends at midnight on 9/20/09. Winner will be contacted by The Honolulu Advertiser on or about 9/24/2009.
