Volunteers

The VWBPE Organizing Committee is looking for volunteers to help with the preparations for the conference and/or to be available during the conference to assist with the numerous tasks that make for a sucessful conference. Anyone interested in participating should contact the following people below directly through Second Life.

  • Moderators (Zana Kohime)
  • Technical Specialists (Phelan Corrimal)
  • Welcome area and overflow area docents (MLani Montgomery or Kavon Zenovka)
  • Sponsorships (Phelan Corrimal)

    It would help new users to find your island once they are in SL if you put an SLURL here and some instructions on how to get there.

    Islands for the conference are still being finalized. We will be providing posters this coming week to event partners and others interested in putting up signage about the conference. Most of the details on “how to get there” should be available on or near March 1st.

    We are still looking for some help in two areas – Moderators (4) and Technical Support (6). So if you are available to help that would be awesome. For Helping with Moderators please contact Zana Kohime in SL. For Technical Support please contact Phelan Corrimal.
