Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities:-
1. Supervise main wire line operations carried out by contractor teams, including:
- Changing and maintaining sub-surface valves to ensure these are operating effectively.
- Running bottom hole pressure recorders for bottom hole closed pressure (BHCIP) and pressure build up (PBU) and passing this information to Petroleum Development in AUH.
- Handle attendees, scheduling, and site tests
- Create name badges and invitational mailings
- Maintaining an organized filing system for projects such that others can quickly find what they need in case of absence
- Scheduling and preparing for meetings
- Preparing and sending materials to clients
2. Prepare schedules for daily, weekly and monthly work programmers of crews and supervise contractors in quality and timeliness of their performance.
3. Ensure that down hole operations are conducted at a minimum cost consistent with safety and overall efficiency and in accordance with standard wire line instructions.
4 Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience Education, Qualifications & Experience: A university degree with accounting qualifications with minimum of 4 years of work experience, or a professional qualification in Accounting with a minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in Treasury function of a Bank / Large organization
Computer skills: Proficient in MS. Office package. Knowledge of any accounting software will be an advantage.
Language and writing skills: Good Communication and report writing skill.

Other skills: Analytical and Presentation Skills. Team player. A systematic style of working is preferable. Should be an outgoing personality with PR skills to deal and interact with operations people in financial organizations.

Strong administration experience on Citrix.

Recommendations on various Policies & Procedures, issues arising out of the Process Re-engineering/Improvement initiatives. Also recommendations in respect of adopting external tools, hiring consultancy services etc.
Should have sound knowledge in banking operations function in a large commercial banking environment.
Ideal candidate should be an MBA or possess an equivalent degree in Business Studies; preferably under 40 years of age.
Minimum 10 years'''' experience (preferably a part of it in a Commercial Banking environment) of which at least 5 years in managerial position.
Minimum 3 years experience and proven track record in successfully managing Process Improvement programs in a commercial bank using well recognized tools and methodologies.
Sufficient training on PI techniques essential. Recognized PI related certification, such as Six Sigma, will be a distinct advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, project management, motivation and problem solving skills are key for the role.
- Work with internal departments in the development of meeting materials.
- Create and maintain program timelines.
- Create and oversee accurate maintenance of program databases tracking all attendee information.
