Data recommend beaches should have closed 11 times

E. coli levels at the Lake of the Ozarks beaches this year were the worst in recent years, according to data released this past weekend. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources data said two lake beaches should have been closed 11 times this summer because of high levels of E. coli.
