Milan and Parma renewed the co-ownership of hitman Alberto Paloschi this summer, and the Gialloblu president is confident that the 19-year-old is a player for the future.

“Paloschi is unbelievable,” Tommaso Ghirardi enthused in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“He was angry for the goals he missed both against Catania and Udinese. He has a temperament that will take him far.”

Paloschi came through the Milan youth ranks and netted his first goal in Serie A just 18 seconds into his debut appearance for the Rossoneri, who see him as the heir to Filippo Inzaghi and will presumably try to bring him back to base next year.

“I have already told [Milan vice president Adriano] Galliani that if he wants Paloschi back, he will have to pay big money,” said Ghirardi.

Paloschi has already found the net twice in Serie A this season and will be hoping to add to his tally at the weekend when Parma travel to the San Siro to face Inter.
