Troubleshooting for Macs and PC's

1. Video regularly buffers every 10-20 seconds rendering video clips unwatchable.

Either you are viewing on an Apple Macintosh or your internet connection is not downloading at a high enough bit rate (note that a 256k connection does not guarantee receiving at this bandwidth at all times). Either way, PC or Mac, choose the Apple Macintosh options as above. If you have a 256k connection or higher, you will have no problems receiving the video segments and the buffering will disappear. However, you may experience delays when using interactive features of individual video segments. We recommend that you wait and view additional material after the segment has finished, rather than linking to it from the flags that appear within the segments.

2. You can use the interface but video fails to load.

Flash video requires the version 8 or later to play. Ensure that your internet browser is definitely loaded with the correct plugin. (For PCs, right click on the interface to bring up options and info; Ctrl + mouse click and hold Macs.)
