Get your hankies out as Christie Hayes is bowing out of Home and Away.
The actress, who plays Kirsty in the Aussie soap, is leaving the show for the second time in three years.
Discussing her decision to move on, the 22-year-old told TV Week: "It was a big decision, but it was time. I'm really happy I came back.
"I like how the character's been resolved and the way she's grown up - she was a little girl when she first arrived and now she's not only divorced but even had a storyline where she needed money and started working as an escort!
"I started playing Kirsty when I was 13. I turn 23 this month, so it's been a long journey for me."
She first played the role from 2000 to 2005, and reprised it in May 2008.
Asked if she'd like to go back yet again, she said: "I don't think so, but who knows?"
Christie, whose final scenes will air next week in Australia, said she hopes to do theatre work.
