A New Jersey website publisher who is accused of threatening lawmakers and judges in two states is free on $500,000 bond. Hal Turner lit a cigar as he walked out of the federal courthouse in Newark Wednesday. A poll released today found Gov. Jon Corzine and Republican challenger Chris Christie running nearly even in the New Jersey governor's race. The Rutgers-Eagleton Poll showed 39 percent of likely voters supporting Corzine, 36 percent for Christie and 20 percent for independent Chris Daggett. Officer suffers asthma attack while breaking up fight at detention center in Secaucus

A juvenile detention officer suffered an asthma attack when he responded to a fight between two juveniles at the Juvenile Detention Center in Secaucus this afternoon, officials said. With an unprecedented amount of flu-like cases being reported the Hudson Regional Health Commission issued information on H1N1 or swine flu today. H1N1 is typically mild, however officials released a list of warning signs for severe cases. West New York Police are searching for a woman who stole about $850 from T.D. Bank on Bergenline Ave. Tuesday afternoon. The robbery occurred around 1 p.m. The woman entered the bank and handed the teller a note that read, "Give me all your money I have a gun." The teller gave the woman approximately $850. Police charge two Jersey City men in drug arrests

Jersey City Police today arrested two more men in connection with an illegal prescription drug distribution ring in Hudson County.
