Report a magazine delivery problem
Time Out New York goes in the mail every Tuesday (except for the week after the year-end double issue). The U.S. Postal Service does a masterful job of getting our issues into your hands as quickly as possible. If you live in the New York City metropolitan area and are not receiving your copies by the Saturday following the on-sale date, please contact us so that we can inform the U.S. Postal Service of the problem. We'll also need a copy of your mailing label so that we can file the necessary forms. Please send it, along with a note mentioning the day of the week your issue is arriving, to: Time Out New York Subscriptions, 475 10th Avenue 12th fl., New York, NY 10018.

Report a missed issue
If you've missed an issue, please let us know by sending us an e-mail to tnew@kable.com. Be sure to include your mailing address and/or account number in the e-mail. We'll give you a credit for the missed issue and notify you if there is a problem with your account.
