Two shootings leave 1 man dead
Police have released more information on a Wednesday evening shooting that sent one woman to the hospital.
Princess Greene, 28, was taken to St. John Medical Center at about 5: 30 p.m. Wednesday after being shot in the forehead. She is expected to survive her injuries, police said.
The shooting was in the parking lot of Springdale Shopping Center, 1500 N. Lewis Ave.
Samantha Richardson, 20, was sitting in a car parked in the lot with two other women when Greene and several other people came up to the car yelling, police said.
Someone in Greene's group broke the back windshield with a tire jack and Greene and Richardson began fighting in the car. Richardson grabbed a gun, which was discharged in Greene's direction, police said.
Witnesses described Greene's group as the aggressors of the incident, according to police.
No arrests have been made, and the Tulsa County District Attorney's office is reviewing the case.
