WWE CHAMPIONSHIP TRIPLE THREAT MATCH

John Cena vs Triple H vs Shawn Michaels

Current WWE champion John Cena delivered a memorable performance against Randy Orton last month at WWE Bragging Rights in a gruelling sixty minute Iron Man match. The Champ now goes on to face not one but two opponents in the shape of Triple H and Shawn Michaels of D-Generation X. The odds are most certainly against the champion retaining but will The Game and The Heartbreak Kid work together to defeat Cena, or will each DX superstar focus on their individual goals to acquire the WWE championship? Remember, Cena doesn't have to be pinned to lose the championship, but even with that being said, I think Cena will retain his title here with Triple H and Michaels turning on one another.

My Prediction: John Cena

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP TRIPLE THREAT MATCH

The Undertaker vs Chris Jericho vs The Big Show

Chris Jericho and The Big Show are currently the Unified Tag Team champions, but can either of them go one better and capture the World Heavyweight Championship from The Undertaker? Both men have enjoyed recent success against a formidable list of opponents and find themselves in a similar position to that of D-Generation X. Will the tag champs turn on one another or can they work in tandem to destroy The Deadman, and bring home the World Title to where they believe it rightfully belongs? The odds are against The Undertaker retaining, but that was also the case at WWE Bragging Rights where The Deadman came out on top in a blockbuster Fatal Four Way encounter. I am a huge fan of Jericho but I have to go against him here considering The Deadman's recent success at Bragging Rights.

My Prediction: The Undertaker

Batista vs Rey Mysterio

At Survivor Series this Sunday, two former World Champions, who were once as close as brothers, will become the most dangerous of adversaries. To recap, last month at WWE Bragging Rights both Mysterio and Batista gave everything they had in a Fatal Four Way match where every man had no choice but to fight for themselves, and when Mysterio stopped The Animal from claiming victory over The Deadman, Batista became enraged. Seconds after The Deadman secured victory, Batista suddenly snapped, and attacked Mysterio which has ultimately led to this match taking place between the two who were once friends, but now bitter rivals.

My Prediction: Batista

TRADITIONAL SURVIVOR SERIES ELIMINATION MATCHES

Three high profile Survivor Series Elimination matches will take place this Sunday involving a number of WWE superstars.

TEAM KINGSTON vs TEAM ORTON

Team Kingston, comprising of ECW champion Christian, MVP, The World's Strongest Man Mark Henry and R-Truth will face Team Orton, who has acquired a fighting unit in the form of Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase, CM Punk and Englishman William Regal. Rivalries are aplenty here that's for sure but just who will be the last man standing in the ring?

My Prediction: Team Orton/Randy Orton to be the final survivor

TEAM MORRISON vs TEAM MIZ

Former friends John Morrison and The Miz will settle the score as captains of their respective teams also in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team Match. Morrison's squad consists of Matt Hardy, Evan Bourne, Shelton Benjamin and Finlay. While Miz will command Scotsman Drew McIntyre, Irishman Sheamus, Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger. At WWE Bragging Rights, The Miz recorded a huge victory over The Friday Night Delight, but this time around will Morrison have the last laugh?

My Prediction: Team Miz/Sheamus to be the final survivor

TEAM MICKIE vs TEAM MICHELLE

At Survivor Series, the smart, sexy, and powerful Divas of WWE will mix it up in a Divas Traditional Survivor Series Tag Team Elimination Match, captained on one side by Women's champion Michelle McCool and on the other by Mickie James. Mickie will lead her team, consisting of Eve Torres, Kelly Kelly, Divas Champion Melina and Gail Kim. Meanwhile Michelle will captain Jillian Hall, Beth Phoenix, Layla and Alicia Fox.

My Prediction: Team Mickie/Mickie James to be the final survivor

Steven Foreman says...

World Heavyweight Championship = Undertaker, WWE Champiobship = John Cena, Team Morrison vs Team Miz = Team Morrison, Team Kofi vs Team Orton = Team Kofi, Not really Bothered about the Divas but Team Mickie Will Win. Overall Prediction = HBK will SCM HHH and Cena will get Attitude Adjustment. Big Show will KO Jericho by mistake and Undertaker will lock in Hells Gates on Show. Kofi will do trouble in paradise on Orton making him win. Morrison will do starship pain on Miz making him win. I have watched WWE for 5 years now and its virtually guranteed that no one in a group will let another member win the title. Theres always somethng that happens. But i am sure that Jeri-Show will split up at Survivor Series.

Rob Speakman says...

DX too recently re-formed to split, so Cena for the main event (Agree HBK heel turn soon, but not until next year). Jericho to win triple threat: Show knocks out 'Taker, Jericho steals the victory; this leads to Jeri-show splitting, leaving vacant tag-titles. Batista to annihilate Rey Mysterio, cementing his heel turn. Team Kingston / Kofi last man standing: Sets up big singles match for next PPV. Team Morrison / Morrison last man standing; capitalises on Miz & Jack Swagger fighting one another. Team Michelle / Beth Phoenix last diva standing: puts Beth into a triple threat vs Mickie vs Michelle at next PPV.

Kevin Brown says...

For the WWE Triple threat, I think that Shawn Michaels will win, simply because Vince McMahon knows he has been one of wrestlings greatest ever stars and more or less dragged wrestling single handedly through the 90's til austin and the rock showed up. So i think Michaels will get to hold the title one more time before maybe finally retiring at the after the next Wrestlemania Main Event, It seems that the above scenario would make alot of sense. I predict HHH to pedigree Cena, then from behind HBK will throw HHH out the ring or Super Kick him, then pin Cena

Raees Akhtar says...

James Parker says...

My Predictions as as follows for The biggest Survivor Series ever!!! Cena V HHH v HBK = HHH Undertaker vs Jericho vs Big Show = Undertaker Team Miz vs Team Morrison = Team Morrision Team Kingston vs Team Orton = Team Orton (putting Kofi out of action for months giving him a kick to the Skull) Batista vs Rey Mysterio = Batista. Team Michelle vs Team Mickie = Team Michelle.

Razwan Liaqat says...

MR Coyle, I disagree with some of your predicitions especially the team morrison vs team miz, I think john morrison will be the last man to pin Drew McIntyre, I also think team Kofi will brag the win this sunday, agree with the rest of your predictions

Claire Wallace says...

Well the Triple Threat matches for both world titles are going to be great, if not brilliant. I agree with James on the fact that both current Champions will retain the gold, but I do see DX and Y2J/SHOW going up against each other at some point, especially Y2J and Show, but DX going up against each other would be too good to miss. I love the fact that one of the top guys has turned heel. As much as I loved the Rey/Bastista brotherly love story, WWE needed to change things up to keep the fans coming bk 4 more, and picking these guys they have. I disagree with James on the winner though, I see Rey winning this time and this makes Bastiista mad that he askes for a re-match at the last PPV of the year.

Brian Greig says...

John Cena all the way for the WWE title match and The Undertaker should beat Jerishow. I hope Batista dominates Mysterio, the size difference alone makes this another David vs Goliath clash, although saying that, Haye won last week!

Posted 14:50 16th November 2009

Scott Hall says...

I Completely agree with MR Coyle Especially the Orton prediction. however i think that a Shawn Micheals heel turn is coming so i think that HBK will Sweet Chin Music Triple H to win the WWE title for the first time since 1998
