PV America, a solar photovoltaic's tradeshow run by the Solar Energy Industries Assn. and the Solar Electric Power Assn., will postpone its April 8-10 event a year and move it from the Walter E. Washington (D.C.) Convention Center to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.

Questex Media Group Holdings has completed the previously announced 363 sale of its businesses to a new company, Questex Media Group, held by a group of senior lenders. The new company has its own financing and is not subject to the Chapter 11 cases filed by Questex Media Group Holdings. President and CEO Kerry Gumas will lead Questex Media Group.
