Your membership also helps to pay the costs of maintaining our toll-free hotline and of supplying information and brochures to the public. Your contribution will be used responsibly for carrying out CfM's mission. A financial report is available on request. CfM is a grassroots, tax-exempt organization meeting IRS requirements under section 501(c)(3), and is composed of volunteers who want to promote the Midwives Model of Care.
