How to take all of GamePro's stories, screens, videos, and more, and use them on your own site/blog?
At GamePro.com, we pride ourselves on being on the cutting edge as far as back-end web applications are concerned. Over the last ten years we've been quietly developing a robust content management system, a proprietary community application, and all in this big huge Database. What does this mean to you? Until now, nothing.
But as of today, we are happy to announce that we are currently undertaking the process of making all this content available to you. Whether you're a user, blogger, or even a web developer, we're offering you our entire library of screenshots, videos, stories, and more to use in your own worlds, on your own sites.
The first phase of this is here. Users like you can use RSS feeds and widgets to both consume and publish content in more advanced ways. This is for you.
RSS
What the hell is RSS? RSS is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Meant to be digested by anyone by way of a RSS Reader. Most likely, your browser will handle a sufficient list of feeds to consume mass quantities of internetz. Here are a handful of RSS feeds that you can add to your reader and keep up with all the new updates from GamePro.com:
What's Hot Feed - Instant access to the hottest stories being viewed on GamePro.com RSS
Latest News Feed - Get the latest GamePro news stories delivered as soon as they post to the site RSS.
Editor's Choice Feed - Only a few games garner this award. Be the first to hear about new winners.
Newest Video Feed - Keep current with the five most recent videos posted on GamePro.com
Daily Six Feed - Get our editors' daily take on six games tied to a single theme.
What's a reader? RSS feeds can be read using software called an "RSS reader", "feed reader", or "aggregator", which can be web-based, desktop-based, or mobile-device-based.
Here's a few RSS readers for you to explore:

Website Widgets
Basically, widgets are small applets or things you can post on your site that will update or interact. See a widget you like below, "Get & Share" menu below it to either get the code to paste that code on to your site, blog, etc., or embed in your favorite social networking profile (Myspace, Facebook). The GamePro API will automatically update that widget for as long as it lives on your site.
