We've been playing BioShock 2 and because we're kind gents, we've captured a short video of the big sequel in action, just for you.
Our footage, which is limited to less than 3 minutes under strict 2K law, shows a brief introduction to the Siren's Alley level as well as a scuffle with the game's new type of Big Daddy, the Rumbler.

Yet to see anything about this game that convinces me it's a worthwhile sequel. For a start the videos concentrate far too much on action, nothing about the storyline at all.
All just looks like they took Bioshock and removed everything that was good about that game. The sense of wonder at the world around you and exploration doesn't seem to be present. Even the voice recordings sound like poor attempts at evoking the feeling of the original.
I won't completely write it off, but it's gonna need to do something special to convince me to buy the game on release.
The underwater graphics looked very cartoony to me. The plants looked quite poor. Surprisingly really. I'm not convinced the combat will much improved. I wonder how this will perform. I'm sure it'll be popular enough. Don't really trust reviews, but I'd be interested to hear what fans think of it come mid February.

because that would be a spoiler
you obviously wont get anything other than setting which is in rapture again and playing as the first big daddy, as well as the story is gonna be about the big sisters aswell
Looks good and it entices me...but I don't want to play an FPS on my console and yet the PC version comes with daft DRM and limited activations. In other words, it's a no-go. A pity.
