U.S. Congressman Gerald E. Connolly responded to Joe Bury's Ethical and Equal Protection claims against the current version of the Federal Healthcare Bill with a "templated" e-mail, dated Tuesday, January 12, 2010. Connolly's rebuttal completely ignored the Ethical and Constitutional concerns that were raised in Bury's letter.
