We've created a great selection of plans, all designed to be simple and flexible. Just choose the plan that suits you best. If your needs change, you can always change plans without penalty. All BigPond Dial-Up Standard Plans (also known as Single User Plans) have the same great features.

* Minimum package cost over 12 months on 50MB Internet Surf Plan is $119.40, 100MB Internet Big Surf Plan is $191.40 and Ultimate Internet Surf Plan is $263.40 plus dial-up charges.
An early cancellation fee applies, which is equal to $70 x n/12 where n is whole months remaining in the minimum term eg $35 if there are 6 months remaining.
At the completion of your 12 month minimum term you will be automatically migrated to the monthly version of your plan unless you choose to take up another 12 month minimum term.

Standard Plan features

You can move to a higher or lower plan5 free of charge, if your needs change. All standard plans come with a BigPond email address with 1GB of storage space, and webmail access. With these plans, up to 14 additional mailboxes may be purchased for $1 each per month.

Cancellation and reconnection
If you choose to reconnect your BigPond Dial-Up service after it has been temporarily disconnected for non-payment, we may charge you a reconnection fee. The fee varies depending on whether you receive a BigPond bill or a Telstra Single Bill. If you receive a standalone BigPond bill, the reconnection fee is $40. If you have a Telstra Single Bill, please see the Telstra Single Bill terms and conditions for the applicable fee.
The BigPond service section of Our Customer Terms applies
- Automatic disconnect applies after 1 hour idle time or 5 hours continuous connection on 50MB Internet Surf Plan and 100MB Internet Big Surf Plan. Automatic disconnect applies after 1 hour idle time or 10 hours continuous connection on Ultimate Internet Surf Plan.
- Usage means combined upload and download data transfer. Additional usage charged at $0.15/MB. Unused usage forfeited each month.
- Dial-up costs apply separately. You can access the internet from most fixed phones Australia-wide for the cost of a local call (or usual ISDN data call charges if you are an ISDN customer)
- This service fee is not refundable if you cancel your service. The hourly rate is pro-rated based on actual usage, rounded up to the nearest minute or part thereof.
- You can change plans once per month or billing period.

It is an infringement of copyright to download, copy, share or distribute such materials unless it is expressly permitted by the Copyright Act or you have the permission of the copyright owner. You must not use BigPond services to do any of these things.
