CAPPWatch: Liveblogging the Ottawa anti-prorogation rally

As promised, I'll be liveblogging the anti-prorogation festivities on Parliament Hill from noon-ish onwards, so check back for regular updates. Oh, and I may also be doing a few TV hits, so keep an eye on CBC News as well. Also, please feel free to post links to other liveblogs, twitterfeeds and other real-ish-time dispatches from around the country in the comments, and I'll try to add them to this post when I'm back at the keyboard later today.
