HR ERP Consultant (Public Sector)

Responsibilities:
- Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects; - Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients; - Assist in project plan and scheduling; - Participating in SOW creation and estimating under guidance from a Bid Manager; - Provides ongoing support for escalated problems; - Manage customer expectations. Candidate profile: - Degree in HR or Engineering (BE, MBA or Qualified Accountant); - Min. 4 years Public Sector industry experience; - Min.1-2 years of HR ERP product; - 3+ years prior business application software or implementation experience in HR; - English – fluent (mandatory); - German – conversational (mandatory); - Good knowledge of HR ERP solutions or similar applications; - Knowledge of ERP Public sector solution - advantage (e.g. Payroll Public Sector, Position Plan Management, Employee Resource Management); - Excellent communication skills, customer focused; - Available for travelling (short term and long term) – up to 80% of working time. |
