After five amazing installments of sketch humor and celebrity interviews, it's time for the How's Your News-ers to hang up their mics -- and pile into their tour bus one last time. The final destination? New York City, where they'll experience the joys of city life while laughing it up with potty-mouthed comedienne Kathy Griffin. Check out these scenes from the season finale of How's Yours News?, and catch the news team's final broadcast Sunday night at 10:30 pm.

Well, usually on Dude Night in Detoxville it's an exclusive "No Girls Allowed" Club. (This decree was passed by the infamous Dude Doctrine of 1988 by the original Dude Council: Steve Guttenberg, Zeus, Chevy Chase, Prince, Sasquatch and Jim Varney.) However, when I heard 'friend-of-the-show' Dawn Richard was coming by, I had to pull my "Get Out of Bro-ness Free" card.

After Dawn offered her insightful play-by-play commentary on the cryptogram that is The CollegeHumor Show, we went to the racetrack for the recap of Nitro Circus. Usually I don't perform my own stunts -- my twin brother Tim Cantiello (you may know him from Double Shot at Love recaps) doubles in for me -- but today I felt like I could bro this one out, thanks to some encouragement from my ol' pal Woody Allen. (Damn you, Woody Allen! You convinced me to see Vicky, Christina, Barcalona and now drive a flaming racecar! I guess it's just like the old adage goes, "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, I need to stop taking advice from Woody Allen.")

Check out the latest Dude Night Detox and don't forget to come back tomorrow for our recap of The City!

Eff The Oscars! The only awards show I care about tonight is the Nitro Circus Awards! In DetoxLand, we created our own little awards show to celebrate the insane stunts featured on Nitro Circus each week. And all the stars attended. Brad and Angie, Will and Jada, Mickey Rourke and his pictures of his dog. What an honor to host in front of all those A-listers!

But forget Mickey. I was most star-struck by Jeremy from How's Your News? He was super cool and a blast to hang out with, especially since he saved the Nitro Awards by showing off his mad drum skillz. Fun fact: he had a tiny (nee, HUGE) crush on our beautiful producer, Sierra Lindsey.

Also on tonight's Detox, we saw the triumphant return of Meryl Street Mannequin. Funny, she only comes out to play during awards season. I think she was pissed she got shut out of the Nitro Awards ... but I told her, if she wants to win one, she has to do more than talk in a funny accent. She has to jump out of a plane whilst speaking with a funny accent. She'll learn.

All that awaits you, as does Courtney Love the Cleaning Lady, plus my very own Cantiello Cake Eating Stunt, only in tonight's MTV Detox. What are you waiting for? Take the plunge, dudes!

DUDE NIGHT!!!

Typically my ideal night is folding out the crazy couch, sipping on a nice cup of camomile tea with Babs and then having Machine play some smooth sounds so I can unwind ... but every Sunday night I transform into a primal beast as DUDE NIGHT on MTV is the Teen Wolf to my Michael J. Fox. In order to break through the brozone layer, I need to prepare myself mentally and physically (but definitely not emotionally -- bros don't have emotions, they have lion's blood and sword collections instead.)

In a rare, candid Detox moment, I let the cameras capture my bro-ing up routine, which involved me going on a motor oil binge and letting out my roid-rage on the Detox set like a flaming tornado.

Still pumped off of my bro-drenaline rush from riding my motorcycle around in a shark cage, I went straight to recapping Nitro Circus, Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory, How's Your News? and The CollegeHumor Show. After a manic Rockyesque psyche-up montage, I took a moment to scold the latest addition to the Detox staff for writing a totally weak recap. Jonathan Taylor Thomas, if you're reading this, consider yourself unemployed -- I guess you're just gonna have to dig into your savings to buy up those old issues of Tiger Beat on eBay. ZING-O! Wow, all that motor oil gave me a serious agro-boost.

So practice your right hook and check out tonight's 'Dude Night' Detox!

A new night of MTV programming also means a new night of Detoxing! With Sunday's "dude" party kicking off this week, Team Detox put on bike helmets and went skydiving to commemorate the premieres of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory, The CollegeHumor Show, Nitro Circus and How's Your News?

Our biggest challenge was talking about CollegeHumor's TV debut. We certainly didn't want to give away any of their punchlines or spoil any of their funny. So we faced a big question: how does one recap a sketch show? (Our PA, Joel Hanek, could certainly tell you. Every Friday, he delivers "MTV Retox," a thirty second recap of what happened on MTV Detox that week. Granted, it pretty much amounts to him making fun of me, but whatevs.)

Luckily we had mixtape master Asher Roth on hand, and he was thrilled to talk about his song, "I Love College (Humor)."*

*not really his song title

So grab a blob and covet Dyrdek's bulldogs as you check out our first ever Sunday Night Detox!
