Amber and Gary have been trying to work things out for a while now, but last week, Amber decided the time had come for her -- and Leah -- to move out on their own. So what gave her the push she needed to pack her bags and go? Well, while her main motivation was Leah (Amber hated the idea of fighting in front of her daughter), Amber insists none of it would have been possible without government assistance. Watch Amber walk Teen Mom After Show host SuChin Pak through the process of asking for help, and explain why getting that apartment made her feel "amazing" for the first time in months.

Teen Mom's Farrah never thought she'd spend this long living under her parents' roof -- but moving out isn't the easiest thing in the world once you factor in baby Sophia. After checking out some small (and overcrowded) apartments last week, Farrah came back with a newfound appreciation for her mom's digs -- and the realization that there's no place like home. 'Course, like most major breakthroughs, this one took a little time. Before she was brimming over with gratitude (and thanking her mom for all her help), Farrah was ranting, raving and insisting she could NEVER live at home. Check out this deleted scene from Episode 7 of Teen Mom, and watch as Farrah takes a moment to vent her frustrations to her old pal, Alli.

+ BONUS: Hear Farrah talk more about her struggle to live a (somewhat) "normal" life on last week's Teen Mom After Show.

Ryan keeps promising Maci things are gonna be different -- but after all the arguing and therapy sessions, their relationship's still as rocky as ever. Tired, hurt and confused, Maci's ready to confront Ryan one last time, and let him know he's not pulling his weight -- with her OR with Bentley. But is it too late for her to break through to him? Watch a dramatic clip from Tuesday's Teen Mom finale and tell us whether Maci should stop trying to move forward with Ryan ... and start trying move on.

Teen Mom's Amber loves Leah with all her heart. Still, she says she wishes she'd waited a few more years before becoming a mom. Below, in a powerful conversation with SuChin Pak, Amber advises her fellow teens to put their sex lives on hold til they're ready to handle all the risks and responsibilities. Meanwhile, Maci talks about the importance of having good judgment (plus always using protection) and reveals that she may have gotten pregnant with Bentley her very first time having sex. Hear both girls discuss their experiences on the Teen Mom After Show and listen up as they encourage friends, peers and audience members to learn from their mistakes.

Last night, we watched Tyler buy a diamond ring to symbolize his commitment to Catelynn. So how does his girlfriend (er, fiance-to-be?) feel about this grand romantic gesture? Sadly, we'll have to wait til Tuesday's Teen Mom finale to see her in-the-moment reaction, but we've got a sneaking suspicion she's gonna say yes. Hear Catelynn tell Teen Mom After Show host SuChin Pak about her relationship with Tyler ("We're best friends," she said, "I don't think anybody could break us down") plus find out why audience members (and SuChin!) agree they're a match made in heaven.

Tyler may have a lot of doubts, fears and uncertainties in his life, but when it comes to Catelynn, he knows exactly how he feels. Together, they've endured a pregnancy, labor, adoption and more than their fair share of family drama, all of which has helped to reinforce what Tyler already knew: Catelynn is -- and always will be -- The One.

Now, since actions speak leader than words, Tyler's decided to show his girlfriend just how much he loves her -- by buying a ring(!) and letting her know she's the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with. Watch Tyler tell his mom how serious he is about "solidifying" things with Catelynn and tune in tomorrow night to see how it all goes down on Teen Mom.

Last week, we asked whether you thought Teen Mom's Farrah ought to spend more time with Sophia -- and an overwhelming majority of you said "yes." Well, you all got your wish on this week's episode when Farrah brought her baby girl everywhere from the library to the grocery store, and even managed to cook dinner while closely supervising Sophia.

Farrah also got along seamlessly with her mom and dad, and even made up with her sister, Ashley, because "it's important for Sophia to have her aunt in her life." (FYI, big sis returned the favor, telling Farrah she's totally gone into "mommy mode.")

So are we seeing the beginning of a new Farrah? A more grounded, hands-on Farrah, who spends her free time hanging with Sophia/bragging about her daughter's first word ("hi")? Tell us whether you think this Teen Mom's really starting to step it up!

As you saw in Catelynn's 16 and Pregnant episode, deciding to make an adoption plan for her baby was the hardest thing she'd ever had to do. So hard, in fact, that she almost didn't go through with it. In this clip from the Teen Mom After Show, Catelynn reveals to SuChin Pak that she had a  change of heart only two weeks before giving birth to Carly. Find out why this last-minute decision ultimately did not hold...

Regardless of whether their relationship can withstand the stress of raising Bentley, Ryan will always be a huge part of Maci's life. There's no doubt that she will always love him, but it's quite possible she's really starting to dislike him. Especially after he turned down a perfectly good opportunity to bring home a paycheck during tonight's episode of Teen Mom.

When SuChin Pak hosted MTV.com's exclusive After Show, she made sure to ask how Maci felt when Ryan seemingly acted apathetic about getting a job -- and Maci had a pretty emotional response. Below, hear how hard it's been to lose her best friend, plus check out all four of our teen moms sharing stories and advice with other young mothers.

In the past, whenever Teen Mom's Catelynn felt sad about Carly (or angry with her mom and Butch), Tyler was always right there with a kind word and a reassuring hug. But this week, with Butch's future hanging in the balance and emotions running high, it was Tyler who needed an extra dose of comfort in the midst of all the family drama. Fortunately, Catelynn had no problem putting her own feelings aside and stepping in to boost his spirits.

Despite her complicated history with her stepdad, Catelynn stayed neutral, encouraging Tyler to speak his mind (about problems at home and at school) and try to make things right with Butch. And all that positivity eventually paid off! In the end, Butch walked out of the courthouse a free man and Tyler walked away with a newfound determination to rebuild their relationship.

Great teamwork, guys! We know if Carly were watching, she'd be very proud.
