With Jersey Shore withdrawal symptoms (lethargy, irritability, skin pallor, sexual dysfunction, delirium tremens in extreme cases) reaching astonishing numbers since the season finale, you'll be relieved to hear that the cast is -- more than ever -- fist-pumping and creeping the night away (and sleeping 'til noon, of course), with every intention of remaining in the public eye. Here's a rundown of what they've all been up to recently, via their Twitter accounts.

We know, we know, it's only been a few days since our last J. Shore Twitter update, but these kids have been all over the friggin' map. Let's kick things off by checking in with our boy, Pauly D. In addition to hittin' up the GTL like it's his job (wait a sec, it isn't?), Pauly's also been killin' it in da clubs and shouting out an entire Twitter group devoted to his hair. (Take that, Snooki's Duck Phone!)

So what's new with JWOWW? Well, aside from dropping hints about a possible spread in Playboy (she told DJ Sean Green "it's already in the works,") Jenni's kept herself busy trading liquor for lattes and laughing 'bout how she needs her own personal security detail. Meanwhile, there's Snooki, who's been hanging' wit Real World/Road Rules Challenge's Kenny Santucci, fighting off impostors (on the web AND at the nightclubs) and agreeing to give Fantasy Factory's Chanel a sick pouf for the Grammys.

'Course, Shnickers will also be reppin' on the Grammys carpet. Joining her there will be Mike "The Situation," who (if we're lucky!) just might be bringin' TWO six-packs (one on his chest, one of his alcoholic namesake). And while Ronnie and Sammi have been keeping a low profile (since their maybe-breakup on the J. Shore Reunion), Vinny's been picking up their slack, feuding with Perez Hilton, blabbing about how he's Snooki's "boo," and braggin' about "Tripping referees at the knick game."

Keep comin' back for more updates on the Jersey Shore cast, right here on Remote Control.

Are Audrina Patridge and Ryan Cabrera makin' beautiful babies together?! No clue, but they've sure been spending a lot of time holding hands. The maybe-couple (who've been popping up together all over town) were spotted again last night, this time "smooching in the alley" outside Hollywood's Bardot nightclub.

So is this the real deal? Well, nothing against Ryan, but we just don't see our gal 'Drina getting serious with the dude best known for mushy, pop rock ballads/breaking up with Ashlee Simpson. In fact, she might wanna stay away from those musician types altogether! Below, the top five reasons we think Audrina should rethink dating a rocker ...

Reason No. 1: She's already done the bad boy thing.*
Reason No. 2: She's got enough skinny jeans in her closet as it is!
Reason No. 3: What, you think Gene Simmons wakes up looking that good!?
Reason No. 4: Your breakup is his next number one hit.
Reason No. 5: Guys come and go. But guyliner stains on your pillow? Those last a lifetime.

And you can just FORGET about those girls-only trips to Hot Topic.

*(Spoiler: It didn't work out.)

Dying to ask Andrew WTF's up with that panda hat, or see what Ashley thinks about her haters? Fire away! The Real World: D.C. casties are taking questions on their FormSpring blogs and, from the looks of it, no query is too small, random or ridiculous. Check out two of our favorite Q&As with Andrew below, and after the jump find out Ashley's most/least favorite thing about being a reality TV star.

Fan Question: If Megan Fox came walking [through] your door wearing nothing but whipped cream right now, what would you do?

Andrew: Ask her a trillion questions about Transformers!

Fan Question: Do your parents watch you on the Real World? And, if so, how did they react to your quest to get laid?

Andrew: My mom and step-dad love it, but mom hates all the girls that reject me... especially Callie.

My dad taught me everything I know, he's proud.

The studio audience got a special treat at last night's regional finals when Randy Jackson came onto the stage to kick off the fifth season of his iconic dance show -- AND to introduce the newest member of the ABDC family, Omarion!

Mr. Jackson rattled off the young pop star's resume before telling the crowd how pretty Lil Mama was looking. He then moved his attention to JC Chasez, commenting on how he looked equally pretty ... Hilarious! Obviously, everyone got a laugh, including the ex-*NSYNCer.

Happy Friday! In celebration of the Dance Crew blog's first week in motion, we've put together a few highlights of how all five southern crews prepared for last night's regional showdown. Turns out, there was a lot more tension going on between some of the crews than any of them led on during the show! Below, hear how Ghost felt like they got 'smacked in the face' after (uncharacteristically) extending a hand.

As you've witnessed on The Buried Life, a small team project between people with common interests has the ability to blossom into something much larger than themselves, inspiring greatness even among passersby. But what about the drawbacks of fitting four 20-something dudes inside one elderly purple bus for loooong stints away from home? According to Jonnie, there aren't many ... except, well, the one where they all start to look, act and talk alike. Yeah, that one's no good.

Below, hear Jonnie explain how being on the road with each other can lead to a loss of individuality -- BUT after the jump, check out another Behind the Buried Life video clip in which the guys describe the special experience of always working together as one cohesive unit.

So far, Duncan, Dave Jonnie and Ben have partied with Hugh Hefner, made like Owen Wilson at a wedding, hooked a dedicated teacher up with a new computer and reunited an estranged father with his long-lost son on The Buried Life. Next week's agenda? They're makin' the moves on movie star Megan Fox.

There's simply no time to waste when you've got a to-do list a mile-long and only one lifetime to get it all done. So what else do the the B. Life boys wanna do before they die? Take a look at the first 25 items on their list, then head to their official website, TheBuriedLife.com, to check their progress and scope out the full 100!

If Liz really IS a superhero (Rebel Girl?) getting ready to take on the forces of evil Cori and Taylor, she'd better hope the universe -- or at least, the rest of her school -- has her back. With only T-minus three days to go til Liz sings for her life (reputation, same thing), it's gonna take a lot more than Bryson's g'luck hugs to beat out her jiggly nemeses, Peroxidus.

So what's the plan? Well, while Liz tries to get herself show-ready, Sully, Miles and Troy are turning their pal into the poster girl for misfits and geeks who dare to dream. Watch them launch the school-wide campaign for SuperLiz (complete with XL cotton tees!), then tell us whether you think their candidate's got a shot of getting the W.

Tonight's first regional Dance Crew competition had five southern crews fighting for a coveted spot in the main show (starts Feb. 18). And after Swagger Crew and Jungle Boogie got a free pass, Royal Flush, Ghost Crew and X-treme Motion were left to battle it out in the round. Ultimately, the unbeatable poker hand crew left the stage to dance another day while Ghost and X-treme were forced to take a bow and say goodbye.

In the video below, check out some parting words from the prettiest losers of the evening. (Note: Ghost vanished out of sight before we even had a chance to wish them good luck!)

Most kids spend their first week at a new school trying not to call too much attention to themselves. But at SCPA, it's not about hiding in a corner-- it's about finding ways to stand out.

For some, like talented (and head-turning) newbies Anna and Emily Silber -- getting noticed wasn't a problem. Others, like Carlton, had to work twice as hard to show he's there to compete. Ian had the advantage of already knowing Tyler, the (mostly) self-proclaimed king of the school, while Adam and Emily Sones helped get each other through their big debut. So which Taking the Stage newcomer had the best breakthrough act? Take the poll and tell us who you think is already taking SCPA by storm!
