Nintendo Action Reply is one Nintendo line products specially designed for Nintendo DS, manufactured by Datel. Action Replay DS is the product’s name, it’s used to abbreviated as AS, ARDS, AR. This product can enhance Nintendo DS games and give the player many advantages to obtain. The upgrade version of the software has more user satisfaction by allows players to enter cheat codes through PC application which are copied to the software from USB, compared with earlier versions that forced player to input codes manually directly on Nintendo DS itself.

Action Replay DS can be used as a NoPass device in addition to functioning as a cheat device, just by holding “select” when powering on the DS. The shape is looks like a handphone’s memory card, small and easy to take.

You can find Action Replay DS around the world with the suggested retail price about US$24.99. It’s compatible with Nintendo DS and DS Lite only. But you can try to find newer version of Action Replay DS and read the document of it, I think it should be compatible with Nintendo DSi as well.

To install Action Replay DS on your DS, you can simply take this few steps:

  1. Install Action Replay Code manager. This software should be included on a small disc, 1 package with Action Replay DS system.
  2. Insert the Action Replay game cartridge into your Nintendo DS and turn it on.
  3. Plug the USB into your PC and the other end line into top of your Action Replay game cartridge.
  4. Write or copy paste all codes you’d got into Notepad.
  5. Save the file (type whatever the filename you want to recognize this code).
  6. Before click the Save button, make sure that you save the file with “xml” extension, by type the filename ending with “.xml”. (exp: the filename is “pokemon diamond cheats”, change the filename into “pokemon diamond cheats.xml”)
  7. After that, choose this file on Action Replay Code Manager. Open up the file you saved your code in and right-click it.
  8. Choose “copy” and go over to your Action Replay Code Manager. On the left screen there should be a huge column with all the codes your Action Replay came preloaded with. Right-click that column and choose “paste”. Pasting this one code on here will have your whole library of preloaded games deleted off of your Action Replay system, don’t freak out! You can easily put the preloaded games back onto your system once you are done with this code by going online with your Code Manager and resubscribe with it.
  9. Once your code is added onto your system you can disconnect the USB cable from your Action Replay cartridge, but don’t turn it off just yet. Click the little house logo on your Nintendo DS screen to go back to the main screen.
  10. Now click the green button with the little star symbol on it and scroll down to choose your code. Click the green star button again and scroll down to your code. Once again, click the green star button to check-mark the code and then without shutting off your Nintendo DS system take out the Action Replay Cartridge and insert your game cartridge. Once it’s inserted, there should be a new button that says “Start”, click on that button to start up your game!

Nintendo Zapper Revolution

super zapper

super zapper

Nintendo zapper is an electronic light gun accessory for Nintendo console. The first released of this accessory is for Nintendo Entertainment System. It’s known as Beam Gun in Japan, released on February 18, 1984.

Nintendo zapper for NES allows player to aim like using a gun or a bow gun at the monitor and shoot the object appear on the game. I remember that i’d used it before on my NES console when I was a child. On that time, the most compatible game using this accessory was Duck Hunt. You need to aim for all ducks and shoot time by the zapper. Each duck has three chances to shot them. And there’s a dog appear on the game, which you can see the dog is patrolling around the field (don’t know what it’s doing) and also the dog will laugh at you when you’re miss shooting the duck. It’ll make you embarrassing. So whenever the dog laugh at you, just shoot it, ask it to stop laughing (that’s what I always do).

After several years, Nintendo upgrades its video game console and so does with this accessory. Now the Nintendo zapper for Nintendo Wii, unites with Wii Remote and Nunchuk to use. It’s very easy to use, just slide the Wii Remote in above the trigger and slip your Nunchuk onto the back of the zapper. So the shape of the zapper looks like a crossbow. And you’ll be like a zapping pro within minutes while playing the games.

You can use your both hand to look like a zapping pro or use a single hand to looks like a police aiming the thief. This revolution sure is a simple but very wonderful idea. With Nintendo zapper you can use it to play shooting games such as Ghost Squad, The House of the Dead, Link’s Crossbow training, Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, James Bond 007: Quantum of Solace and Call of Duty: World of War.

From the originally resembled a shotgun, into the latest version changed look more like a sub machine gun. All shooting games should be enhanced by the zapper add on, including the mini games. Just imagine you’re playing the Resident Evil, aiming those zombies with the zapper, sure is wonderful experience. Who knows it can be useful, when there’s a real zombie in this world, doesn’t it? (but hope there’s no real zombie >.<).

If you’re wondering how to use this zapper, you can visit Nintendo.com to view the short videos demonstration of how to use Nintendo zapper.

Steps To Repair Nintendo Wii

Errors, errors and errors are the most annoying things in this world. As long as we use the electric “things”, there’re always error there sticking to it. It may happen on your Nintendo Wii, too. You probably had faced many annoying errors on your Wii, or maybe haven’t got any errors yet. But whether you had faced or not, you should be ready for any error that may appear! Just like a proverb stated that prepare an umbrella before the rain. Give your Nintendo Wii the regular maintenance to save it alive for longer time. Nintendo repairs are also a skill that is required.

Some people are not even worry about these error things. They think that as long as they have a warranty, any problems can be settled. They can get their Nintendo repaired, but they will have to wait few weeks to get it back. But I think they’ll start panic, when there’s error occurred when there are lost the warranty. The only way to save the console is to pay someone much money to repair it.

To save your money and time, it’s necessary to own a Nintendo repairs skill. Or you can own a Wii repairing guide that filled with step by step how to fix Wii errors. I got some Nintendo Wii repair and troubleshooting guide here, hope it’s useful to you.

Replacing Internal Fan

Sometimes when the fan has become noisy whether its loud humming or clicking sounds, it’ll be very annoying. Or you may need to change the fan because it’s broken or caused by reinstall with a higher powered fan. Follow below steps:

  1. Disconnect all power, audio/visual, and sensor bar cables from your Nintendo Wii.
  2. Orient yourself to the Nintendo Wii console and the area around the fan on the back of the unit. Remove power cable and two additional screws near the fan.
  3. Use a flat-head, screwdriver, fingernails, or a pry tool to separate the power cable from the outlet. Do not pull on the cables to disconnect as you could damage the connectors.
  4. Using a Phillips screwdriver to remove both of the screws on either side of your Wii.
  5. Slide out the fan to complete the removal of the internal fan on your Wii.
  6. With the fan removed, you now can insert the replacement fan into the Nintendo Wii. To install, reverse the process above in order to install and connect the fan to your Nintendo Wii.

Removing The DVD Driver Player

Commonly the removal of the DVD driver player is for install a modchip or the driver is not function anymore. Follow below steps:

  1. There are 4 small Phillips screws that anchor the DVD drive into the Nintendo Wii console. Remove all of them.
  2. Now with the screws removed, the DVD drive is ready to be removed from the Nintendo Wii. Since there are two cables — a power and data cable that connects the DVD drive to the Wii, you will need to carefully rotate the DVD drive to the right. This will allow you operating room to detach the cables without damaging the Wii.
  3. Now start with the data cable (the brown colored one) removal. The cable is connected to data cable by a clip that needs to be released by flipping the plastic clip up. Be careful and apply light pressure and not break the clip or data cable as they are difficult to replace. Slide out the cable from the clip to free it.
  4. With the data cable and clip removed, now remove the power plug from the socket by lightly prying on the plug. Do not pull on the wires or you can ruin the cables on plug. Once the power cable is removed, the DVD drive can be removed from the Nintendo Wii.
  5. Now you have removed the DVD drive from the Wii, you can apply your chip modification or simply replace it with a new one that you bought.
  6. To reinstall it, you need to pay attention on the data cable, it is the most difficult to get back in. Start with it first by placing the drive on the side and slide it in evenly. Then attach the clip.
  7. When putting in the recessed screws you need to either use a magnetic screwdriver to not lose the screws or find small tweezers to put through the opening for the DVD player to hold the screws in place if you do not have a magnetic screwdriver.

That’s the Nintendo repairs guide on the hardware. Well now what about on the software (I mean the error codes). Commonly the majority of Wii’s problems are due with error codes rather than hardware problem.

Error Number 32002 and 52030

It could be the problem on your Wii’s router. Try to change the channel from 1 to 11, if that doesn’t work, change the Wii’s security type from WEP to WPA to see if that helps.

Error Number 220602

Another Wii’s router problem, move your Wii until its near to your wireless Internet router. If that doesn’t work, try to swap the primary and secondary DNS server to fix it.

Error Number 51130

Try to pressing the “retry” button to solve this matter. If that doesn’t work, try to repress the “retry” button, it should eventually work.

Error Number 110210, 110211, 110212 and 110213

These error codes are indicating a hardware problem in the Wii. It means that you should take a trip to Nintendo service center.

Hope this guides can help you to solve your Wii’s problem. If I didn’t write the guide indicating to your Wii’s problem, you can try to search online about Nintendo repairs guide. Unlimited Walks

There’s a trick to have unlimited walks and get the unlimited items. First you need at least 2 items, draw your walk path to park and pass the “?” areas as much as you can. Don’t forget to get the items while you are walking. Once you make it to the park, change your dog accessories and the game will auto save. After that, restart your Nintendo DS, you’ll have all items you collected before and you’ll also be able to take another walk again.

        Unlock Dalmation

Find the red fireman’s hat while on walk.

        Trick To Get 70 Points

Put your dog in a shower. After shower, make it roll onto its stomach. Place a wire or a brush on your dog’s belly. Don’t move it and you’ll get extra 70 points every ten minutes.

        Dog Technique

        • Teach Sit à Pet the dogs head and then quickly slide the stylus down its nose.
        • Lay Down à While the dog is sitting pet its head and then quickly slide the stylus down its nose.
        • Teach Shake à Grab one of the dog’s front paws and move it up and down.
        • Roll Over à While sitting or laying down push the stylus to the left or right and then push it to the left or right again while it’s on it’s side and then its belly should face up.
        • Teach Jump à If your dog shakes its butt that means it wants to play so tap the air above them and they’ll jump into the air.
        • Teach Beg à When your dog is standing touch its belly and slide the stylus up its neck to get them into the begging motion.
        • Spin à When your dog’s butt if facing you grab its tail and move it to a side and then your dog should then chase after it.
        • Stand à While your dog is sitting or laying drag the stylus from the bottom to the top.
        • Back flip à Make sure that your dog is sitting then tap the air above it for a back flip.
        • Sneeze à Tap your dog’s nose.
        • Break dancing à Make sure your dog is on his back and then grab his tail.
        • Howl à If a police car or an ambulance goes by your dog might howl at it you have to catch the teach button fast though.
        • Hi-5 à After you teach your dog “paw” (aka shake hands) ask it for his/her paw then grab his paw and pull it upwards. The light bulb will pop up and say “hi-5.”
        • Play dead à From the lie down position, move the stylus from one side of the dogs head to the other.

        Finding The Best Nintendo Emulator

        nintendo emulator download

        nintendo emulator download

What is emulator? An emulator is a program created by programmers who allow us to play video game console games on a computer or modern console. This program emulates all video game consoles’ behavior, so you can play games on computer exactly same the way you’re playing on the console. Actually emulators are used for the developer games to do the testing demos of their new games for older systems. The most commonly video game console to be tested is Nintendo’s console. So if you got a Nintendo emulator on your PC, means that you’re the lucky one ^_^

You can use Nintendo emulator to emulate the original NES, Nintendo Game Boy, VSMC (SNES), etc… roms to play them on your PC. You can also using the emulator on your Wii console. For example you can play the super Mario all stars on your Nintendo Wii using emulator which this game was supposed to play on Super Nintendo Entertainment System by using “roms”. Copy these games on your SD card on which you load the roms in a folder named roms through a SD card writer.

But not all Nintendo emulator is the correct emulator for your video game console system. So be sure you found the right emulator on internet and download them. But i’ll prefer looking for emulator that can be played on computer or hand phone. I got one emulator from my friend called “Super Go Boy” released by Wildpalm. Maybe you can search about this emulator. I’m using this emulator on my Nokia phone to play Super Mario Bros. So whenever I’m boring, I’ll play Super Mario out there (I’d reached the super player stage – advance stage). Usually the emulator is very easy to use; it got option to select the keypad setting, game speed, and sound volume.

Other modern console i mentioned above is Apple iPhone. iPhone is the technology of most desirable available on market today. You can play your favorite classic Super Nintendo games on your iPhone just by some simple steps. Firstly install TotalCommander on your iPhone, you search on website about this plugin. And then install the iPhone SNES Emulator using TotalCommander and your iPhone will ready to play the games. To play the SNES games, you need to search for game roms. Transfer your game roms by dragging and dropping them into TotalCommander. That’s all the steps to play SNES classic games on your iPhone.

And still more Nintendo emulator you can find out there like ZSNES (Emulator-Zone.com), NDSEmulator.com, Super Go Boy (Wildpalm.co.uk), and more. You can download all of them legally, but be sure you play all roms game legally. That’s all, hope this article useful to you.
