Frequently Asked Questions

Foundation services

  1. Will you fund or endorse my product, project, studies, website, etc?

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to endorse or fund specific products and companies that we aren't directly involved with. We do not have the financial resources or staff capacity to do the required research for each of the many requests for endorsement we receive. We do not offer funds for tuition or studies.

  2. Can you send a speaker to my school, office, or community?

    • Currently, we do not have the staff capacity to accommodate the majority of speaking and event requests we receive. The Foundation is working toward building this capacity, and hopes to have a program in the near future. If you are looking for a speaker specifically for your workplace in Vancouver or Toronto, check out our David Suzuki at Work Program.

    • This is not our expertise, but here are a few suggestions: find out what types of programs different universities offer. The areas of conservation and the environment are massive, and range from engineering, technical studies, and wildlife protection to campaigning, law, and policy. A good start is ECO Canada.
