Getting Started

Self Installation

All installations of Netspace ADSL Broadband are Self Installations.

Installation of Modems

You will receive one in-line filter with the self installation kit. You will need a filter for each active phone port in your house.

BYO Modem

You are able to BYO Modem, but it must be a Netspace approved modem. Call them to be sure.

Wired & Wireless Modems

Unless you are using a wireless modem or wired router with additional cabling to your computer, it is most likely that you will need to have your computer positioned near the phone socket in your house.You will also need either a wireless modem / router to network the computers to the internet or a wired 4 port modem / router. If you are using two or more computers in the house, your download allowance will be shared amongst all the computers in the house i.e. there is not a download allowance allocated to each computer.
