TNI places great importance on working collaboratively. Here are some of the key organisations we work closely with.

The organisation of Ricardo Vargas, who has been working with TNI since the beginning of the programme on issues of drugs and conflict in Colombia, alternative development, fumigations and coca cultivation.

APF is based in Greece and is TNI's main partner in organizing informal drug policy dialogues in Europe.

Biofuelwatch actively supports the campaign for an EU moratorium on agrofuels from large-scale monocultures. Agroenergy monocultures are linked to accelerated climate change, deforestation, the impoverishment and dispossession of local communities, bio-diversity losses, human rights abuses, water and soil degradation, loss of food sovereignty and food security.

The Blue Planet Project is a global initiative working with partners to achieve the goal of water justice now. Water Justice is based on right to water and on the principals that water is a public trust and a part of the global commons.   

Camp for Climate Action organises camps in the UK that combine education, direct action, sustainable living, and constructing a movement to effectively tackle climate change by both resisting climate crimes and developing sustainable solutions.

The Centre for Law, Policy and Human Rights Studies is based in Chennai, India. It hosted the Asian Water Colloquium "Water: Common Good, Public Management and Alternatives" in 2008  

CIDDH is a research centre led by Ricardo Soberon, based in Lima (Peru). Ricardo has been working with TNI since the beginning of the programme and cooperates in drug law reform issues.

CEO is a research and campaign group targeting the threats to democracy, equity, social justice and the environment posed by the economic and political power of corporations and their lobby groups.

Dag Hammarskjold Foundation’s work is guided by the search for ‘Another Development’ in support of democracy, human rights and security based on the social and economic transformation of institutions and societies.

Enginyeria Sense Fronteres Catalunya (Engineers Without Borders) is an aid association made up of professionals, teachers and students who work to help guarantee universal access to basic services, tied to social change and strengthening Southern populations, and respecting cultural and technical distinctiveness.

Representing more than 200 unions - 8 million public service workers in Europe.   

Focus on the Global South combines policy research, advocacy, activism, and grassroots capacity-building in order to generate critical analysis and encourage debates on national and international policies related to corporate-led globalisation, neo-liberalism and militarisation.

Food & Water Watch is a nonprofit consumer organisation in the US that works to ensure clean water and safe food.   

Friends of the Earth (FoE) Australia is a federation of independent local groups working for a socially equitable and environmentally sustainable future.

The mission of Global Justice Ecology Project, based in the US, is to build local, national and international alliances with action to address the common root causes of social injustice, economic domination and environmental destruction.

GRR is a space for research, debate and advocacy on the effects of global capitalism on societies.

Intercambios is based in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and an important partner in the informal policy dialogues. TNI sponsors their annual conference.

The international trade union federation of public sector workers, involving more than 600 trade unions in over 140 countries.

PSIRU researches privatization and restructuring of public services around the world, with special focus on water, energy, waste management, and healthcare.

Rising Tide North America is part of the international Rising Tide grassroots network of groups and individuals who take direct action to confront the roots causes of climate change and promote local, community-based solutions to the climate crisis.
