Our team focuses on the population genomics and evolution genomics, such as the bottle neck and positive selection during domestication or human adaption, one for human selection while the other for human being selected. One major goal of our team is find positive selection signature in genome level. One thing we are interested in is the artificial selection which can largely affect the morphology and agronomic traits in a short time. Of this aspect, we have successfully finished the “Genome Variation of Rice during Domestication”. The other thing we are interested in is the adaption of human genome in extreme environments.
