How to get your SwindonCard

Complete an application form and take it along to any of the issuing sites, together with your payment and proof of identity and concessionary status (as detailed on the application form). Please ensure you read the terms and conditions of use and have all documents ready.

SwindonCards will be issued only if all applicants are present as we need to take your photograph at the time of application. This is a security measure to avoid fraudulent use.

Is your SwindonCard about to expire?

Renewing your SwindonCard couldn't be easier:

  • SwindonCard holders (no benefit entitlements) - simply fill in an application form and take this and your current SwindonCard to any issuing site, with proof of your current address and the appropriate annual fee. We will update your SwindonCard while you wait.
  • SwindonCard holders (with benefit entitlements) - as above, plus you will need to provide proof of concessionary status (as detailed on the application form).

Leisure Passport holders need do nothing as your SwindonCard will remain valid until your Leisure Passport expires.
