Andrew Koenig - Missing. You Can Help!

Share

We try our best here at Dread Central to stick very much to stories about horror films and things that go bump in the night. Rarely do we deviate from our programming, but sometimes real life steps in and we're asked for help.

Many of you are very familiar with the name Walter Koenig. A few days ago his son, Andrew Koenig (whom some of you will remember from "Growing Pains" and even as the man who played The Joker in Batman: Dead End), was reported missing and has still not turned up.

Andrew, who suffers from depression, was last seen at a bakery in the Stanley Park area of Vancouver, Canada. The family is asking that anyone with information contact Detective Raymond Payette of the Vancouver Police Department at 604-717-2534.

We here at Dread Central would like to take this time to wish Walter and his family the very best during these truly hard times. Here's hoping for Andrew's safe return.

Because, like it or not, the famous have more access to media outlets to get the word out. As Creepy said, it's not something we would normally mention, but it seemed like the right thing to do in this instance.
