Is Fear of Failure the Vibration You Feel Most Strongly?

Have you ever awakened in the middle of the night worrying about what if the clients don’t show up? Or what am I going to do if… Or maybe just felt that sense of, “What am I doing wrong? Why can’t I get a break?”

All our clients have dreams they want our help to fulfill. Whatever they dream of they can achieve with our help if they really want it. In achieving success, it is very important to be clear about what you want, have career builders in place and be flexible.

Here are some tips you can share with your clients to help them on the road to success:

Do You Do Spiritual Marketing When You Meet People At Networking Events?

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009

At networking events, business owners have been trained to tell people their elevator speech, give out their business cards to as many people as they can and see what comes out of it.

The question I ask is, how do you want to be treated at a networking event? Do you want people to listen to you, have conversations with you, or just speak at you about themselves? In order to dress for success at a networking event, you have to learn a few tactics that will change the way you bring yourself into the meetings.

Have You Put Your Small Business Ideas Order Form to the Universe Yet?

Friday, July 17th, 2009

I have a coaching client that I have been working with and we were meeting with a potential web designer for him one day. We had been working on his beliefs about what he needed. I suggested he hire someone that could act as a marketing manager and work on commission. They could take care of the marketing for his business as well as the web design and changes. He didn’t think we would find anyone to fit that, so I had him start working on his beliefs.

Are You Balancing Your Masculine and Feminine Qualities In Your Leadership?

Friday, July 17th, 2009

While coaching a woman with a prominent position in her company we discussed her desire to be more feminine in her business experience. I told her that I feel women can fully be feminine in business tastefully. You need to activate your feminine side and nurture your employees with a combination of masculine and feminine qualities to be a great leader. Be authentic in who you are.

Are You Visualizing Your Outcomes in Business to See Results?

My daughter Joy is 11 years old and is in her first year of Softball. She plays with 5th to 8th graders on the team and has been comparing herself to others who’ve played for 3 years. She has been getting frustrated so I explained to her that by comparing yourself to others you always come up short.

There is always someone else that you will perceive as being better than you, skinnier, prettier, richer, smarter, etc. I explained to Joy that she needs to focus on what is working. Her coach has said that she has natural ability, other parents have told me they can’t believe it is only her first year playing.

Could You Use Some Tips On Public Speaking?

Thursday, July 16th, 2009

So many people have a fear of public speaking, or just don’t think they are good at it. I have to tell you that anyone can overcome this fear and learn to be a captivating public speaker that will be able to hold an audience’s attention just by working on the issues they fear ahead of time.

At my daughter’s recent 5th grade graduation, she was choosen to speak at the podium a number of different times. She was to announce the winners of various awards that were being given out.

My daughter came to me because she was nervous and we talked about all the issues she was afraid of. These included falling on the wires on stage, and pronouncing the names wrong as well as many more.

This was clearly a state of What-if-itis which so many of my clients suffer from. She was worried about everything that could possibly happen that hadn’t occurred yet.

Have You Been Diagnosed With An “Itis” Recently Regarding Your Small Business Ideas?

Monday, July 13th, 2009

I had a client recently with what is referred to as What-if-itis. What-if-itis is when you’re worried about what hasn’t happened yet.

She had a prospect that was referred to her but was scared to call because she was scared of what the outcome would be. She didn’t believe that she had the tools she needed for helping the client. We worked on her belief system and got her off the “starting blocks” so she could get past her fear.

What Career Builders Do You Have In Place?

Monday, July 13th, 2009

My husband was out of town recently on business and it made me realize how much I appreciate him and all he does to make my life and business easier.

Being a Spiritualpreneur doesn’t mean you don’t still try to do everything yourself. You know you need a team but don’t always put one in place. You may be scared of delegating tasks, but need to realize that it is essential to have a team of people to help you.
