NICE Perform eXpress is a cost effective, easy-to-install regulatory compliance call recording solution designed to address the unique requirements of small and medium-sized sites, including smaller contact centers, back offices, and trading floors, as well as branch environments. Based on the NICE Perform® architecture, NICE Perform eXpress ensures liability call recording and regulatory compliance by recording customer calls in individual offices or throughout branch offices, playing them back for quality management or dispute resolution, and archiving them locally or remotely in the event of future investigation or litigation.

NICE Perform SMB offers total recording and Quality Management (QM) solutions for contact centers with up to 100 seats.

NiceCall Focus III is a single-box, full-featured, voice-recording solution utilizing advanced PCI technology and designed to meet the needs of small to medium organizations.

Mirra® IV is an audio recording solution specifically designed for small and mid-sized operations in the public safety, transit, financial and call center sectors. Network Embedded Logger - A new solution based on Cisco’s hardware, in which the embedded logger is installed on a blade machine (AXP) in the ISR (Cisco's router). The logger has a store and forward abilities and no need for additional dedicated servers at the branch, in addition all administrative tasks are done remotely. All of the above dramatically reduce this solution TCO.

NICE VoIP Logger provides recording for virtually every type of VoIP telephony environment, and is fully integrated with NICE's Enterprise Interaction Solutions, including NICE Perform. The logger can be installed in a distributed mode and capture audio using passive recording or in a centralized mode and capture audio using active recording.

VoIP Recording Gateway - unique network appliance that enables active VoIP recording in every VoIP telephony environment

VoIP Recording Agent - NICE software residing on the telephony user's PC, forks the incoming and outgoing VoIP streams and sends the replica to the recording system, enabling the recording of softphones.
