Climate scientist William Sprigg delivered a bold challenge to his fellow climate scientists in a blockbuster address to EUEC 2010 in Phoenix, Arizona on February 2. He warned of a growing perception that "the IPCC is biased, conflicted, [and] pushing political agendas."

Public Belief in Global Warming DeclinesAccording to a national survey conducted September 30 - October 4 by the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press, there has been a sharp decline over the past year in the percentage of Americans who say there is solid evidence that global temperatures are rising, that it is a very serious problem, and that it is caused by human activity. These trends reflect growing scientific uncertainty about the causes and consequences of climate change.

IPCC email scandal reveals fraud in climate reports

Emails exchanged by Phil Jones and other leading scientists who edit and control the content of the reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change reveal a conspiracy to falsify the actual temperature record and silence so-called "skeptics." Anyone who continues to cite the IPCC as representing the "consensus" on global warming is wrong. The IPCC has been totally discredited. (read more)

Global Warming Experts

Legislator's Guide to Global Warming Experts

This guide contains contact information for more than 120 of the world’s pre-eminent scientists who fall into the category of skeptics about the cause and severity of global warming. They represent elite universities and scientific organizations worldwide. No one can speak for all these scientists and analysts, but skeptics generally are united in their assertions that insofar as global warming exists, it doesn’t pose a catastrophic threat to the Earth, and mankind’s contribution to the release of greenhouse gas is insignificant.

EPA CO2 Endangerment Finding

EPA Activities

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued its proposed “Endangerment Finding” for emissions of carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases from new motor vehicles. If the finding is finalized, these emissions will be subject to technological limitations under the Clean Air Act and would trigger a cascade of regulations on virtually all sources of regulated greenhouse gases, from backyard weed whackers to massive electrical power plants.

Roy Spencer"For those scientists who value their scientific reputations, I would advise that they distance themselves from politically motivated claims of a 'scientific consensus' on the causes of global warming -- before it is too late. William Happer"Every time you exhale, you exhale air that has 4 percent carbon dioxide. To say that that's a pollutant just boggles my mind. What used to be science has turned into a cult. . . . All the evidence I see is that the current warming of the climate is just like past warmings."
