Results of Luffield Abbey by-election

The results of the Luffield Abbey by-election for Aylesbury Vale District Council are in.
Conservative party candidate, Pearl Lewis, was elected to the seat, receiving 343 votes.
UKIP candidate, John Russell received 151 votes while Liberal Democrat candidate, Ian Metherell, received 133 votes.
Independent Mark Benson, received 63 votes.
Turnout for the by-election was around 33 per cent.
