You want to look at how much you need to make, and then create a plan of action that starts first with one-on-one clients. So you want to begin thinking about the people that you want to coach. If you can be effective in bringing in one-on-one clients and have a process to do that, you can replicate that process to add groups to the mix. But you have to start someplace. So to attract clients, you want to think about what problems they may have and what solution you can help them with.
