Starting with a "Paul Newman Car Creations" modified Chevy Chassis, the original frame was stretched 10" and then fitted with low mileage '96 Corvette suspension components, including the IRS and differential. Also installed was an equally low mileage LS1 325hp engine and matching 4L60 automatic overdrive transmission. The body modifications include the 10" stretch, installation of the '57 rear quarters and Cadillac formal rear window. These were accomplished along with the beautiful paint work by "PIONEER CLASSICS" and Bob Flak, here in Phoenix. Several stainless moldings were fabricated to properly complete the transformation. All interior surfaces were sound deadened with Dynamat Supreme and Insul-Shield. Ralph Sexton Bodycraft modified the Seville seats and package tray, several more stainless moldings, front air intake, spinner hubcaps and a bunch of other things that did so much and went so far to complete what you see here. The car is also equipped with Vintage Air heat and air conditioning, Dakota Digital gauges and cruise control and all of the latest Alpine Electronics including DVD/CD/GPS with front and rear seat viewing. The car was shipped to Holly Pond, AL where M+M Hot Rod Interiors did the entire interior. The burled walnut trim throughout the interior was accomplished by Madera Concepts in Goleta, CA.
