Set amongst a landscaped garden and beautiful old Moonah Trees, Korowa Cottage is fully self contained and has a great North facing Sundeck with BBQ & garden outlook for all your entertaining and indoor/outdoor living during long Summer days and potbelly gas fire for cosy Winter nights...Centrally located with a casual walk to Rye Bay Beach, Pier, Cafes, Pub and Shops.....

Large open-plan Living area features cathedral ceilings, polished floor boards, potbelly gasfire, overhead fan and TV, DVD, VCR, CD & Radio ...also a library of movies, books, mags and games.

Fully equipped Kitchen and Dining Room opens out to a private Nth-facing Sundeck with BBQ, out-door table settings and sun lounges...

SLEEPS 4 in LOW SEASON
Downstairs - 1 Queen Bedroom
Upstairs - a Loft /Study sleeping 2 Singles or 1 Double also with a comfy couch & 2nd colour TV (not suitable for under 6 yo's)

SLEEPS 6 in PEAK SEASON - SCHOOL/SUMMER HOLIDAYS AND LONG WEEKENDS / PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Downstairs - 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 Double Bedroom
Upstairs - a Loft /Study sleeping 2 Singles also with a comfy couch & 2nd colour TV (not suitable for under 6 yo's)

All Bed and Bath Linen is BYO ...(only supplied for specials or for extra cost poa.) Bathroom has bath, shower and toilet and a separate Laundry with washing machine.

Weekends,Short Term to Long Term Bookings available with a minimum of 2 nights stay...NB:Public Holidays and Long Weekends are POA.

"Thanks Sue, Korowa Cottage is like the Beach House we all wish we owned. Comfortable & cosy with lovely decor -not sterile! and lots of sunshine and garden views from every window. We ate out on the sundeck most days.Your garden is very pretty and lots of space for the kids to explore.A quiet getaway for the family..Scott and I plan to come down alone for a romantic stay and visit the Hot Springs so hope to be back soon...
