NATO chief condemns Moscow blasts

  NATO’s Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has condemned the Monday blasts on the Moscow metro saying there can be no justification for terrorist attacks against innocent civilians. The NATO chief expressed condolences to the victims’ families and wished quick recovery to the wounded. He said NATO stays committed to cooperation with Russia in fighting international terrorism.
