Mar 31, 11:07 PMSome of Pat Warren’s earliest recollections as a youngster in Overland Park were listening to the radio broadcasts of the Indianapolis 500 while working in the yard with his father and watching the Daytona 500 telecasts in February. Warren may not have envisioned a career in motor sports, but this week he became president of Kansas Speedway, where Indy cars and NASCAR engines will roar under his watch.
