Canada CODE Compilations
Decorate your desktop with Canada’s big skies, quirky humour and glowing hearts.
Canada CODE is a collaborative online portrait of the country created from over 10,000 images and text by people across Canada who wanted to share who we are with the world. The site captures the flavour and spirit of the country according to the people who live here.
Now Canada CODE has issued a selection of photo compilations of “the stuff we are made of” — a lasting legacy of the country that hosted the 2010 Winter Games available for everyone to download and enjoy.
Select your favourite compilation or download all 12.
If this is your first experience with Canada CODE, we welcome you. If you helped build Canada CODE with your submissions or explored our code during the 2010 Winter Games, we’d like to thank you. Either way we invite you to make these small slices of Canada part of your day.
These compilations are only a tiny sample of the contributions Canadians made to this grassroots portrait. If you’ve not yet visited Canada CODE, see the whole story at canadacode.vancouver2010.com.

Canada CODE
Canada CODE is an online grassroots portrait of the country created with images and text from Canadians to welcome the world to the Host Country of the 2010 Winter Games. The site was developed as a public art project by CODE, the Cultural Olympiad’s digital edition, so that the creativity of Canadians everywhere could be part of the 2010 Winter Games experience.
